Most investment firms are siloed by asset class, strategy, and time horizon. Warpath is built differently. Our venture capital arm and proprietary trading desk operate as a single, integrated system — each reinforcing the other, creating a capital flywheel that grows more powerful as the firm scales. Trading generates the liquidity and operational independence that allows our venture arm to back founders on conviction rather than calendar pressure. Venture generates the market intelligence and deal flow that sharpens our trading strategies. The integration is the edge.

Warpath Ventures
Warpath Ventures is the firm's venture capital arm. We invest in early-stage and growth-stage companies led by founders from Black, Latino, and other underrepresented communities — not because of who they are, but because of the market inefficiency their exclusion has created. We have built deep networks in markets where most institutional capital has no presence, no relationships, and no visibility. That gives us access to deal flow that others cannot see.
We invest across fintech and financial inclusion, healthcare and health equity, consumer brands and culture, real estate technology, logistics, and enterprise software. We are sector-agnostic in principle but thesis-driven in practice: we follow the founders, and we follow the problem. We deploy capital from pre-seed through Series B, with the capacity to lead rounds, take board seats, and provide the operational infrastructure that well-connected founders receive as a matter of course.
A single successful exit can generate generational wealth for a founder, their family, and their community. It creates jobs, anchors neighborhoods, and builds the institutional credibility that attracts the next generation of capital. Warpath Ventures exists to be that catalyst.
Pillar II
Warpath Trading
Warpath Trading is the firm's proprietary capital markets arm. It operates as an active, systematic trading operation across equities, derivatives, and alternative instruments. The trading desk serves two functions within the firm's integrated model.
First, it generates independent returns through disciplined, rules-based strategies that are uncorrelated with the venture portfolio's long-duration risk profile. This provides the firm with liquidity, operational stability, and the ability to deploy venture capital on conviction rather than calendar pressure.
Second, it creates a capital recycling engine. Trading profits are reinvested into the venture portfolio, extending our capacity to write checks, support portfolio companies through follow-on rounds, and maintain positions through the long development cycles that early-stage investing requires. This structure gives Warpath operational independence that most venture firms do not have — the ability to act decisively, hold positions through volatility, and support founders without the constraints of a traditional fund timeline.
